Dear Friends and Family,

We travelled to Kenya last summer. While in Nairobi we got involved with an emergent charity organization called Young Mothers and Street Families Organization (YOMOSCO). YOMOSCO was created by Lydia who helps single mothers by offering support to single mothers in slums of Nairobi. Now, through skills training programs such as tailoring, baking, and computer skills, we are equipping them with skills which foster self-reliance and independence.
