Susan's Motorized Wheelchair Repair

Hello! My name is Susan, as most of you know I was in slip and fall accident in 2017 that left me paralyzed from the chest down. I have resided in a skilled nursing facility, since being released from the hospital.  

I was provided with a motorized wheelchair, and was able to get around and do things on  my own.  About a month ago my wheelchair broke down,  and I have now lost my independence and mobility.  It has also reduced my quality of life and well-being. My insurance will not cover a new chair or repair expenses, and the nursing home isn’t able to fix it due to liability .  

In closing, this page is my only option in attempt to raise the quoted price of $1500 for repairs.  I would appreciate any support or donations.
