Susan Manuel, a dedicated team member, played a crucial role in the recovery program at the YWCA and shared her passion for helping women on their journey to recovery.

In addition to her work at the YWCA, Susan also lent her creativity to the Wheeling Flower Shop, where she crafted beautiful floral arrangements. Her vibrant spirit and dedication to her community touched the lives of many.
