Susan Hightower Credeur hip replacement surgery
Donation protected
My name is Sue. I was diagnosed with hip dysplasia when I was 28 years old. I was told to wait until I was 40 to have the surgery. I am now approaching 50. After losing my husband of 23 years and other close people to me, it delayed the surgery to the point where I can no longer walk. I fought through the pain as long as I could, so now it is time for both of them to be replaced, and I am in dire need of help. My first surgery is scheduled in Houston next week, and after looking over my finances, I don’t know how I can make the expenses for hotels, gas, co-pays, etc., and let’s not forget the everyday bills. I’m currently living alone and on a disability budget. I have helped so many people in my life and was taken advantage of because of my kindness by all of them, so now I’m asking for other kind people like myself for a hand up, not a handout. Thank you and God bless.
