Susan Fulham Graham and Family

Hi there, I am Bridget Gavin and together with Hazel Wade and Colm Conneely we are here on behalf of our friend Susan Fulham Graham.

Susan moved from Dublin down to the west of Ireland over 15 years ago with her husband Brian and their two girls, Katie and Caoimhe. It was their dream to live and raise their family here.

Susan's health has been a massive hurdle over the years - She has survived cancer twice, has suffered with Lyme's disease and sadly a few years ago Susan was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease.

Brian and the girls have rallied to help Susan. They have had to do serious home renovations to make the house wheelchair friendly and they care for Susan with such dedication. Susan has been very determined and strong through all of this. She is one of the most amazing people we have ever met, she never complains and is always so positive.

Susan has faced everything that she has gone through with such courage. Now she needs our help!

This gofundmepage is to raise funds to cover additional care needs for Susan. We can not take away Susan’s illness but we will strive to ensure that Susan gets all the care and assistance she needs going forward.
