Hi, my name is Nelly, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help for my cousin, Susan Day, who is in the Philippines.

Last year, she discovered a lump in her breast. With no financial means, she quietly relied on herbal remedies and her faith in God. She didn’t tell anyone about her condition because she didn’t want to be a burden to her family, choosing to endure everything in silence.

Now, her condition has become far more serious. The cancer has spread throughout her body, causing immense pain and suffering. Her left arm is severely swollen, her other breast has also been affected, and fluid has built up in her lungs, making it extremely difficult for her to breathe. Watching her endure this every single day is truly heartbreaking.

Her family is desperately trying to get her the medical care she urgently needs, but they simply do not have the financial means. Susan urgently needs medication and treatment to ease her pain and give her some comfort, yet the cost is far beyond what her family can afford. They are holding onto hope, praying for kindness and support during this incredibly difficult time.

Despite everything, Susan is still fighting—not just for herself, but for her three children who depend on her love, care, and presence every day.
