Susan A. Willis End-Of-Life Expenses

Hello, I am Joanne Hart. I am fundraising for our dear friend, Susan Willis, who died suddenly on November 3, 2022 in Worcester, Massachusetts. She was a friend to all. Please help us pay for her end-of-life arrangements.

Susan, fondly known as Suzie, was born in Boston and grew up in Dedham, Massachusetts. She graduated Cum Laude from Umass Lowell in Music and Education and completed her master's in Psychology.

Susan taught music in public schools in Lowell, Massachusetts. She also worked as a family therapist for years in Lowell and Lawrence. Susan loved to cook for others more than anything, and in the last five years of her life, she was a chef. She touched people's lives everywhere she went and appreciated all who were humane and kind-hearted. She loved her three Newfoundland dogs, Max, Charlie and Daisy, that she cared for over the years. She will be sorely missed by many.

Susan had struggled with alcohol addiction since 2009. She lived with my family for a few years through the end of 2017. She found work cooking and loved it. In the end, alcoholism was a significant part of her demise. I loved Susan with all my heart, and I want to wrap things up for her as best I can. Thank you for considering a donation.
