Dear Friends and Family,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am reaching out to you today with an opportunity that is very close to my heart and holds immense significance. On July 16th, I will be undertaking a challenging journey: a grueling 3-mile, 3,000-foot ascent to the summit of Hidden Peaks in Snowbird. This endeavor is not just a personal challenge, but a heartfelt effort to honor and remember the lives affected by cancer.

As you may know, cancer has profoundly impacted my life. I tragically lost both of my parents to this devastating disease - my mother to pancreatic cancer and my father to sarcoma in the lung. Their battles were filled with strength, courage, and unwavering love. They inspired me to make a difference, not only for them but also for the countless others who face similar struggles.

I am climbing Hidden Peaks to raise funds for Survivor Wellness, an incredible organization based in Utah, where I have been on their advisory board for 5 years.

Survivor Wellness, formerly known as Cancer Wellness House, has been a beacon of hope and support for individuals living with cancer, those undergoing treatment, and the families who have lost loved ones. For over 25 years, they have provided free and reduced-rate services, ensuring access to vital resources for the cancer survivor community. They offer health counselling and support, individual integrative health care therapies (massage, yoga, reiki, qigong, mindfulness) community events and more.

My goal is to purchase 150 flags (the number of years my parents lived) that will bear the message of hope and love. These flags will serve as a symbol of remembrance, honoring the lives of those we have lost and standing in solidarity with those who continue to fight. Each flag will represent a year of their lives, commemorating their individual journeys and the impact they made on this world. Each flag is $20 so my goal is to raise $3000. I will be doing the hike in the name of my company Scandilabs, which mission is to help people live strong.
