Hi, my name is Angelique. I’m reaching out because I recently survived a harrowing kidnapping and domestic torture incident. While I am safe for the moment, I have been left with nothing.

Because the crime occurred where I lived, I cannot return home for my safety, leaving all my belongings and clothes behind. My car—which I had purchased the very day of the attack—is being held by the police as evidence for the duration of the trial, which could last over a year. Between the loss of my vehicle, my phone, and the need to relocate immediately to stay hidden from those involved, I had no choice but to leave my job.
