Surviving the journey

My name is April Lantz. I have been recently been diagnosed with breast cancer and currently going through chemo. Unfortunately I am not able to continue working during this difficult time. I still have everyday living costs to keep a roof over my head and on top of that all the medical bills. Any help would be greatly appreciated. God bless you all
