On August 11th, just a few days ago, our family's world stopped. I received a call that my nephew Christian had been in a motorcycle accident that left him fighting for his life.

He was rushed into the ICU in critical condition. For three to four days, we did not know if he would make it through the night.

Christian suffered internal bleeding, a broken pelvis, a fracture to his spine, and severe facial fractures. His entire face was fractured, with the left side being affected the most. The doctors were honest with us: they were not sure he would ever walk again.

So we prayed. Our family, our church, and everyone who loves Christian covered him in prayer and refused to let go of hope.

And God moved.

Christian pulled through. He is a fighter, and every day since has proven it. He has now made it out of the ICU and into the IMCU, a huge milestone that tells us his body is healing. But this is only the beginning of a long road.

Doctors expect Christian to need a wheelchair for several months before rehabilitation can even begin, and he is not expected to walk unassisted for up to two years.

That means months of hospital bills, rehabilitation, medical equipment, home modifications, and lost income for the family supporting him through it all.

This is where we need you. Every donation, every share, and every prayer brings Christian closer to standing on his own two feet again. We are believing God for a full recovery, and we would be so grateful to have you walk this journey with us.
