Survive until risky heart surgery

Hello my name is Chris and I have Congested Heart Failure due to Aortic Valve Disease. I have been dealing with this since Aug 12! Luckily I am employed and was approved for short term disability and was drawing 60% of my salary, until October 12 2022, The insurance company said that my leave extension had been approved but the payment part has not and that they need more information about my condition. I was in hospital for 2weeks to find out that my Heart Infraction % is only 10 to 15%. No hospital around here will not operate to replace the aortic valve. So the Drs did find Dr at Emory Hospital in Atlanta that specializes in my condition, so thankful for this Dr because this is my last option to live. Currently waiting for consultation which will be done over the phone and then hopefully will get a date for surgery! Meanwhile I am limited to what I am able to do because with the valve not working correctly I tend to build fluid up around my lungs and heart faster than if valve was working! The bills are adding up luckily I live with my mother who is on a tight budget and is not able to support mine and her daily financial needs. I recently volunteerly repossed my truck due to not able to make payments on it! I still have creditcard, loan payments due and have to eat so!! I’m not very fond of begging for help but right now I have no other choice!!
