Tinnitus & Hyperacusis Sound proofing bus

Precursor:  It's very hard to focus around the ringing to write and think straight. I love you all. At the very least if anything please raise awareness about protection of ears in all ways possible. Warn your little ones and anyone you can. Ear buds playing anything directly in ears can damage them. Even really loud stuff with ear plugs in can do bone conduction and damage ears. OTC meds can damage your auditory system also. Such as antihistamines, pepto bismal, Tylenol and so many others and they have no warnings on them that they can cause Tinnitus and other hearing problems. So please help save someone being in ringing auditory hell. I miss my life and silence so much. ❤️ ❤️

  Hello my name is Travis Scott Henry.

I have lived in 75228 Casa View all my life. I have always been a loving man and my mind is constantly being diverted to helping others and mother nature 24/7. I spent alot of time when off work walking my Golden Red Retriever Beans and picking up trash around my area and White Rock Lake. I have worked with numerous non profits like ReTreet that plants trees in disaster areas and My Possibilities that provides college style education for Adults with cognitive impairments. Also worked at SPCA and Parkland on the PT floor helping patients regain their life. I just love sharing love with people. 

  Unfortunately being so selfless in such a narcissist run world I have been stressed to the max and gaslighted for decades. That combined with back pain of my own along with numerous factors helped me develop sound sensitivity called Hyperacusis and ringing in my ears/brain called Tinnitus. I never had either of these afflictions until a really extra stressful year in 2021. I got pushed to get the vax by loved ones. Got 1 moderna even though I was staying away from everyone and wearing a mask. Got it to appease loved ones and to be able to see my elderly dad. Also lost a close childhood friend and then started noticing ringing in quiet. So I believe I had a big combination of factors to be at play. Who knows, have done loud stuff in past like most have in life. 

  I'm absolutely lost now as things have progressively gotten worse with bad advice from doctors and medications they prescribe. Ears being damaged to the extent they are have me in a deathly situation with all sounds causing pain. The ringing and sound sensitivity are beyond imagination. I haven't been able to tolerate even my own voice or play my acoustic guitar even at the lowest of strums without it increasing the ringing for over a year now. All sounds are litterally attacking me. No one understands the depths at which Tinnitus and Hyperacusis can turn life upside down ,because they are invisible conditions and so misunderstood. Alot of suffers wind up getting gas lighted and poisoned with ototoxic meds by their doctors further worsening the afflictions. Family and people that dont have the compassion to open there mind that ears can be damaged in such a way push you to keep exposing to sound and cause more damage. The lack of awareness for the depts of ear problems is astounding. Cant even get disability...and I am beyond disabled. Please help me build my dream bus.

  My delimna now more than ever is how to survive the summer. I need a quiet place to battle to and ride out all the bugs and the heat. Sound sensitivity is so bad I can't tolerate a regular a/c unit and need to sound proof my room at my house to block out as much outside sound as possible. The quietest Mini Split A/C system would be my best option I'm told and sound proofing to the max to help let the nerves calm down. I am stuck living in my van behind a friend's house on some land with no a/c and suffering greatly. The ringing has to be around 100db in my head and need desperately to get into a comfortable quiet spot in hopes it dies down with letting the nerve calm. I have been fasting and eating as healthy as possible to help detox from all the doctors put me through. I am lost as can be with the worsening from bad advice from supposed Tinnitus specalists. I am a rare case unfortunately. Never knew ears could do anything but hearing loss. I have been outta work since April 2022 and struggling to eat and get disability because of the invisible conditions. I appreciate any help possible. I want to get back to living in my room in 75228 and sound proofing it to studio quality with a mini split a/c should help me do that.
