Surrogacy Hope for the Ruby Family

Meet the Ruby family. This is Marissa, her husband, Chris, and their daughter, Camryn (2 1/2). A few weeks after Marissa got cleared by her OB to start trying for baby #2, she found a lump. This was where her breast cancer journey began and baby Ruby #2 had to be put on hold. She is now cancer-free and healthy, but carrying a baby herself isn’t an option anymore as the risk for reoccurrence is incredibly high as her type of cancer is fed by hormones. They came to the difficult decision to opt for surrogacy to be able to give Camryn a sibling. As most people know, surrogacy is an incredibly expensive process. We are hoping to ease the burden even just a little bit by asking for some help from our community.
