Hey Everyone!
My name is Jade Watts, and I am a close friend, fellow musician, and neighbor of Emerald’s. I have started this fundraiser to help bring Emerald’s friends and family together to make one of her biggest dreams come true for her 30th birthday.
We all love the passion and knowledge for music Emerald brings to the stage with her performances. She has a gift for turning the challenges of life into stories and songs that are as relatable and insightful as they are entertaining. In addition to her original work, I think we all know that she has a gift for sharing the songs and life stories of classic American country and rock’n’roll musicians like Elvis Presley and Johnny Cash.
For those of you who don’t know, Emerald will be turning 30 on August 15 this year. As an Elvis enthusiast, she has dreamed for years now of owning a replica of one of Elvis’s Gibson SJ-200s (pictured in the first photo). It would be an amazing surprise for her if her family and friends came together to help her toward her goal of owning this guitar! She’s been saving diligently, but she still has a ways to go before this dream can come true. Every little bit helps!
