SURI’S STEM CELL TRANSPLANT & FINANCIAL AID

Hi, my name is Tina Vo Randall from Chilliwack BC and I am fundraising for my neice’s daughter, her health, and wellbeing.

Suri Nguyen Ngoc Anh Nhi is nearly 12 years old, lives in VIETNAM and for the second time, has relapsed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL), a cancer of the blood and bone marrow.

Suri was first diagnosed when she was only 6 years old.

Last year when she relapsed for the first time, she was hospitalized for F1 and F2 block treatment and we were able to maintain the phase.

All results of blood count were good, until 5 weeks ago, we found abnormalities in her blood tests and Suri was hospitalized once again.

3 weeks after hospitalization with chemotherapy treatment, her white blood cells reduced and is now left with none and we are in desperate need of donors for a large dose of white blood cells, which comes at an extremely high cost.

At this moment, she is preparing for a stem cell transplant from her younger brother. The estimated cost for a stem cell transplant is around $100,000 USD without other supporting costs to take care of the before and after treatments.

This is our goal amount in order for us to receive the treatment Suri desperately needs.

Our family is in need of health and financial aid to assist her in moving forward in her day-to-day life.

Over the years since her first diagnosis, we have already spent hundreds of thousands of dollars in treatment and have depleted our accounts in order to continue these treatments.
