On January 20, we first noticed our Ridgebck Rufus throwing up the (large) knot from a tug rope. He stopped eating and we sought emergency vet care. As of today, he has been through three abdominal surgeries, had over two feet of intestines removed, and was not expected to live. He has lost over 20 pounds ( thank God he was overweight). But he is more and more the pup we remember. He is recovering, and it looks like he will be fine, but we have been left with a huge veterinary bill. If you could find it in your heart to help, anything would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so very much!
