Lucky has unfortunately been diagnosed with cancer in her mouth. Needless to say, we are heartbroken over this news. Surgery to reduce the tumour's size and give us more time with Lucky, however, is a good option. 

We are managing Lucky's pain, which is slight at this stage, but without surgery her time with us is limited.

Your support will cover the costs of extracting as much of the tumour as possible, as well as running necessary additional tests and scans. 

Lucky has been one of my best friends for the past 12 years, and I don't want to let her go yet. Those of you who have met or spent time with Lucky know she's a kind and loving soul. It would mean the world to Erika and me for others to help extend her life with us. 

As a thank-you, Lucky will give you a high-five with her big, seven-toed paw after the surgery!
