Mac's surgery

Hey everyone, my name is Emily Burns. I am very close to my brother, Mac Burns, who is unfortunately going through some serious health problems. He is only 22 years old and has always been a hardworker who rarely gets sick. However, doctors have discovered an obstruction in his lung making it very difficult for him to breathe on his own. He was very excited to take over our family business, but, because of his condition he has not been able to leave his home much which is very hard for him considering he loves being efficient and getting things done. I have watched him lose his breath just from standing up too fast and get very nauseas. He has to use an oxygen tank to help his breathing and cannot move too much at a time. He takes blood thinners, but nothing seems to help him very much. His heart isn't receiving enough blood flow and they are afraid his heart might fail. He is scheduled for a surgery by a specialist in California at the beginning of February. The surgery should be very helpful and will hopefully allow him to breathe well enough on his own again. The costs of all the medical bills have taken a toll on my family and I just want to try and help a bit to pay for some of the surgery. My brother is very dear to me and it breaks my heart that he has to suffer this very expensive illness. Thank you so much.
