Surgery to restore her vision in rt eye

Hi my name is Laura, and July 2021 I lost the vision in my left eye due to a detached retina. Before the retina detached I was cleared to have surgery on my right eye but due to the detached retina I had to be postponed until left eye fully recovered and several failed surgeries. The vision in my right eye is very limited due to advanced cataracts. I’m cleared for surgery however they won’t do the surgery without the co-pay and deductible, operating room fees and anesthesiology fees are paid in full. I still owe for my copayment from my surgery I had last December 26 when I had cataracts removed, Which again needs to be removed as it has grown back. I’m looking for help with my deductible co-pays and back fees so that I’m able to have this current surgery so I can restore partial vision in at least one of my eyes. The only thing that’s keeping me from possibly getting proper vision in my right eye is the co-pays. I’m praying that the surgery will work and any help any donation of any size is much appreciated.
