Surgery to remove a tumor in Mokie my Shih Tzu 5yr

This fund is to save my little 5 yr old Shih Tzu fur kid. I just learned after several months of vet visits he Mokie has a mass around his small intestine. Mokie is 1 special little guy. I am legally blind and he is my best helper and friend. Soft sweet gentle fur baby. He has had all pre operation tests and exams . Mokie has been seen by his primary vet and also by Bluepearl Specialist here in Raleigh NC .Mokie is in good health to undergo the operation.
It will involve removing part of the intestine with the tumor and reconnecting the intestine.
He is having issues of loose stools and vomiting and is on several medications to ease the discomfort. Mokie is still active and loves everyone even as sick as he is some days. I have owned him since he was 8 weeks. Mokie walks beside me going around the house and up and down steps. Helps if I drop something to locate the item.
My heart aches to think because I am disabled and do not have the funding to save his life.
I will most likey be using Bluepear for the surgery and all funds would go directly to them for Mokie to be able to live a very good healthy life.
This was a shock to me and I am 72 year old Christian lady who loves life and loves my little guy so much.
He wipes away my tears and makes me smile each minute of every day.
