Surgery Set, but I’m about to go under financially.

I’m in need of desperate help financially. I’ve barely been able to work for the last year due to my hip. After a year of being jerked around by the medical system, I’m finally scheduled for surgery June 5th. Problem is I’ve used any money I had saved and now am at risk of losing my home. Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you
