I'm needing money for spinal surgery I can't afford the out of pocket costs for. This will cost me around $4000. I'm also needing help affording the transportation 180 miles each visit. And other company costs associated with this like $135 CT scan.

If I cannot get help with this situation, I'm not going to be out there ringing and singing anymore, it just hurts too much to sit so its lay or stand, and I won't be able to stand up to do that job.
