Surgery needed to save my sight

I had surgery in May for a macular hole in my right eye to prevent losing more sight in that eye. Although that surgery was successful, it has caused rapid progression of a cataract which requires another surgery to correct. 

Like so many others, I am unemployed with no medical benefits, and I need help to cover this cost. I thank you in advance for anything you can do to help!
