My name is Beth, and for the past five years, my life has been shaped by pain—deep, constant, grinding pain that never lets up. What started as discomfort slowly turned into something that now controls everything I do.
Recently, my specialist gave me news that changed everything:
My disc, along with the cage around it, has collapsed onto a nerve.
Every step I take sends electric shock–like pain through my entire body. Even simple movements feel like something inside me is grinding against that nerve.
I can’t lift more than 10 pounds. I can’t stand for long. I can’t work. I can’t live the life I used to. The pain is unpredictable, overwhelming, and it has taken away my independence piece by piece.
Why I’m Asking for Help
My doctor believes a series of injections could finally give me some relief—maybe even delay the major back surgery I may eventually need. The thought of that surgery terrifies me, and these shots could buy me precious time.
But I can’t afford them.
Because I’m unable to work, even basic expenses are hard to manage. The treatment comes with costs I simply can’t cover on my own:
- Specialist visits
- Anesthesia
- Medication
- Facility fees
- Follow‑up appointments
- Travel to and from Shreveport for treatment
Every part of this process has a price, and right now, I’m struggling just to get by.
How Your Support Can Change My Life
Your donation—no matter the amount—helps me:
- Get the pain‑relief shots I urgently need
- Ease the constant nerve pain that controls my days
- Delay or possibly avoid major surgery
- Cover medical and travel expenses
- Take back even a small part of the life this pain has stolen
If you can’t donate, sharing my story is just as powerful. Every share helps me reach someone who might be able to help.
Thank you for reading my story. Thank you for caring. And thank you for giving me hope during one of the hardest chapters of my life.
