Surgery Needed Before It Becomes Emergent

Hello, I've never done this before. I thought my dog had a bee sting, but ended up taking her to the emergency vet to find out she has a saliva gland that needs to be removed because it's draining into her neck. The surgery is scheduled for May 20th, but the cost is hefty. I'm doing everything I can to raise the money for her, but my friend suggested opening a GoFundMe to help. I pay for a wellness plan for my dog, but didn't realize it wouldn't help towards the surgery cost. She's up to date on everything, is groomed regularly, and very well taken care of. I just feel terrible that I can't afford this right now. Any help is so appreciated as it's swelling to the point she's coughing and I'm worried it's just going to get worse if I postpone this surgery, then it will become an emergent surgery that I definitely won't be able to afford.
