On May 3rd 2017, Zack was playing with our daughter on the playground and dislocated his knee.
The major ligaments are all torn and Zack is facing a long road to recovery which includes surgery in Seattle.
We have insurance with a high deductible and because of a recent move our savings have been depleted.
The money will go to the medical bills until the deductible is reached and the rest will go to transportation to and from UW Medical.
Anything at all will help us through this time.
