Surgery in Wisconsin!

Hello everyone.

As many of you know I’ve had a cyst reoccurring on my tailbone. I’ve had many surgeries and many doctor’s appointments. I’ve recently been accepted to have a surgery down in Wisconsin that has a huge chance of letting my life get back to the way it was before this. With this surgery being in Wisconsin this causes me to be off for a week plus some. As well, needing cost for rental car and hotel. I have been dealing with this issue for almost 3 years and I can’t wait to just get it over with it.

Anything will be very very much appreciated.
