*UPDATE*** Today, December 4, 2020, Titus went back to the hospital for his follow-up appointment. Unfortunately, his eye has not opened yet on its own. The staples have been removed from his head. He is still experiencing nausea, loss of appetite, disorientation and numbness. He is still unable to work or get around by himself outside of the house. Velitta is still on leave from work because he can’t be left alone. We are believing in God for a complete healing and all provisions.** My brother, Titus Lennon recently went in for emergency surgery after a Lasik specialist noticed his right eye was bulging out. An MRI showed a large tumor behind his right eye. Doctors recommended that he have it surgically removed ASAP,  but because Titus, who is a hard-working realtor in Central Florida, doesn't have health insurance he didn't know how his family of seven could afford the $75,000+ price quote. Thankfully, UF Shands Cancer Hospital in Gainsville, Florida directed them to Charity Care which covered the entire hospital bill for them. What a blessing! But, what was supposed to be a 3-5 hour surgery ended up being 11 hours!!

Now, Titus and his wife Velitta are in the aftermath of this emergency which has caused both of them to have to stop working. Titus is currently still hospitalized with his eye swollen shut and a metal plate in his head. Velitta has been with him at the hospital the entire time while their five children are being cared for by family. We don't know how long recovery will take, but we know they can't afford this indefinite lapse of income. Titus is the immensely talented lead piano player and vocalist at Immanuel Temple Church of Clermont, Florida, under the leadership of Bishop Daryl P. Forehand Sr.
