Surgery Fund for Sweet Coco The Frenchie

Coco is my best friend, my partner in crime, and the sweetest soul I’ve ever known. She’s nearly ten years old but still full of life — vibrant, playful, and as energetic as the day we met. You’d never guess her age by watching her get in a good walk, work a room like a pro, or charm everyone she meets at the park, the winery, or even the local Starbucks (where she insists on stopping for a pup cup and a social visit).

I was lucky enough to rehome Coco five years ago, and in the words of her previous owner, we “were always meant to find each other.” I couldn’t agree more. She’s my heart dog — the kind of once-in-a-lifetime connection you don’t expect but instantly recognize when it happens.

Coco brings joy wherever she goes — so much so that last year, she was even honored as Seattle Refined’s Pet of the Week. It was such a proud Mama moment to see her celebrated for the light she brings to the world.

Last year, Coco developed a mast cell tumor on her back hip. It needs to be surgically removed and biopsied. I’ve delayed the procedure longer than I should have, not because I didn’t want to help her, but because I kept believing I was getting closer to affording it.

I’m now asking for help to raise enough to cover:

If we’re fortunate enough not to need the additional treatment — or we raise more than necessary — I plan to donate the remaining funds to our veterinary clinic to help another dog whose person may be struggling to afford care.
