Surgery Fund for Saya

I torn my meniscus back in March 2018 and I have gone through many chiropractor visits and gone through non-surgical procedures to see if this will fix (such as getting a cortisone shot my knee). However, after getting MRI, the medical diagnose was that this tear is located at the white blood cells and in order for my knee to fully function, I need to have a surgery. 
I was originally denied by my insurance company and fought to have this surgery approved. Fortunately, it was finally approved for July 30th. However, after going through many non-surgical procedures and paying for these visits, I am on a tight budget for the co-pay portion for this surgery and I could really use your help.  I really appreciate any help I can get for this and please know that even if you don't, I thank you for all the support everyone has given me.
Please note: My original goal has been met which was $4,000 I have decided to raise additional $1,000 for my physical therapy post surgery.
