Surgery fund for Pearl the Wonder Dog

Hi, I'm Misty, and this fundraiser is for the sweetest puppy alive, Pearl the Wonder Dog. Pearl joined our family about a month ago, and she has brought us so much joy.

 

Last night (July 3), after being let outside with our other dog, Pearl came back in unable to put weight on one of her front paws. A quick trip to the emergency vet revealed that Pearl had broken her elbow in two places and needed surgery ASAP.

 

Our family has previously lost a puppy to parvo/distemper, and we couldn't bear the thought of losing another one. We couldn't imagine having to tell our kids that Pearl wasn't coming home. So we made the decision to put the (really expensive) surgery on Care Credit and figure out how to actually pay for it later.

 

So here we are, asking for help. I'm of the mindset that when you find the things in this world that bring you joy, you do what you can to hold on to them. If you can pitch in, we would really appreciate it.
