Hello! My name is Christina an I am Roxanne “Roxie’s” new Mom. When I saw Roxie on @annikanoelle IG page, I needed to find out more about this beautiful girl. Needless to say, after talking with @annikanoelle I went to the shelter to meet her! Love at first sight!!. She’s a loving, sweet, cuddly, goofy dog who needed a furever home. I took her to my vet to get a thorough check up. Roxie is basically pretty healthy except for the mass cell tumor on her left thigh and her teeth are in bad shape. The vet is very confident that the tumor removal will be fairly simple. It’s her teeth that may require more work. She will get a cleaning/polishing of her teeth and will also get X-rays, much like we do when we go to the dentist. There will need to be some extractions as some teeth are cracked and broken. Then she will get X-rays of her hips and low back to see if she has arthritis. All this so that Roxie can live out her golden years being comfortable, pain free and happy! Any amount will help!
