My Dear Friend Reuben Efoti has recently been diagnosed with a rare condition called Keratoconus. 
This condition is where the eye becomes misshapen and causes all kinds of sight problems and discomfort . 
If left untreated it could eventually lead to blindness and stop Reuben from living a normal life. 
Luckily, Surgery is available and with its success, Reuben’s eyesight will hopefully stop degrading and be able to be successfully managed. 
Apart from Travel and Accomodation, their out of pocket expenses will be $3800 for the Surgery.
This is the amount I would like to raise for them.
