Our 18 month old adorable, affectionate, fun loving Rescue Bulldog Bo has injured both his rear knees and needs surgery this week to repair them.  Bo is an extremely active young Bulldog who we love dearly and has become a loving member of our family. Bo tore his ACL in his right leg running a few weeks ago and his left knee went this morning.   We thought we did the right thing by getting insurance when we first rescued him because we knew that Bulldogs tend to have medical issues and we knew we couldn't afford to pay out of pocket for something such as this.  When we called the insurance company with his diagnosis we were told that they will not cover major injuries until we have reached one year of coverage at the end of December.  Bo can't wait that long.  He can not walk without assistance.
