Hi everyone,
We’re so thankful to share that Grandma Agoul is finally back home after a recent hospital stay. She underwent an endoscopic procedure to place a temporary stent in preparation for an upcoming surgery to remove her gallbladder. She’s resting, recovering, and surrounded by love.
I’m reaching out with love to ask for your support for someone who means the world to us—our grandma. She’s the heart of our family, a grandmother of five who moved to the U.S. in 2005 to live a better life with her family. In 2015, she suffered the heartbreaking loss of her only daughter—my mom—but she’s stayed strong for all of us ever since.
In 2020, Grandma Agoul was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma, a form of skin cancer. She’s been bravely continuing her treatments, fighting every step of the way with courage and grace. Now, on top of it all, she needs urgent gallbladder surgery, unrelated to her cancer, and the financial burden is just too much for us to carry alone.
Despite everything she’s facing, she continues to smile, pray for others, and love unconditionally. She’s given so much, and now it’s our turn to give back.
If you’re able to donate—no matter how small—it would mean the world to us. Every contribution brings her one step closer to healing. And if you can’t give, please share her story. Your kindness, prayers, and support are deeply appreciated.
With love and gratitude,
The Kawaj Family
