Hi. I’m Solana. I’m 17 years old and this is my cat Oliver. He’s only about a year and a half old, and just recently he took a jump and fractured his femur. After consulting with the vet, he was diagnosed with Legg-Calve-Perthes Disease in which there is not enough blood flow to the ball portion of one of his hip joints. Without sufficient blood, the bone is weakened which is what resulted in a fracture. Surgery is what is needed for him to heal properly, which will be $3200. He’s the sweetest cat ever and I can’t bear to lose him, especially after losing two pets within the past 6 months. He goes on walks with me, cuddles with me when I’m crying, and always watches TV with me. I even threw him a birthday party. Any little bit helps, Oliver and I appreciate it so much. ❤️
