My name is Mike DiGiaimo.

My baby boy Nunzio is a dachshund who is suffering from Intervertebral Disc Disease (IVDD) and no longer has use of his upper body. 

He is an excitable energetic dog with many years left in him but can no longer walk or move his neck or upper body without experiencing agonizing pain. His only option for recovery is to receive surgery on his spine. The full cost is $10,000 but even half of this goal would allow us to proceed with the surgery.

If the goal is not met or if we cannot get him the surgery then all proceeds will be donated to North Shore Animal League, where he was adopted in Long Island NY: 

“A future in which all companion animals find responsible, loving homes where they are free from abuse, hunger, fear, and loneliness and receive the care and respect they deserve.”

Seeing him in the amount of pain he’s in is crushing my heart. He is my world and my best friend and every dollar donated would mean more than I could describe in words. Thank you. ❤️
