Surgery for Neeko the Boxer

Soooo, I got myself in a situation.  Two months ago I "Neeko the boxer " while being a boxer....I injured my left knee.  The man in the white coat (surgeon) said I need an expensive surgery to repair the damage I did.....for just being a boxer ?  I stressed my mom out, because she can not afford this surgery.  So this is me "Neeko" asking for help from my friends...to help me, help mom . (I'll surprise her)...... Just saying !
