I hate doing this, but I do not know what else to do! I usually would only turn to something like this if it was for a family member or friend. But to me, Otis is my family member. If i could certify him as a service dog i would. He literally is my happiness and I would do anything for him. A few days ago he was running and severely torn his ACL ligament. It is such a severe tear he will need surgery and a metal plate put in on his knee. Starting price for this is $5000. I was able to get care credit but due to my amount of debt i was only able to get 1,000 roughly. I am drowning in debt and Otis is only 3yrs old so i cannot imagine putting him down or putting him through pain by doing nothing. If you can help, thank you it means more than you know.
