Surgery for Mathias to get blood clot in his head removed

My name is Rosy Falk, I am petitioning a gofund me for Mathias Sseyombe . He was the director of the orphanage i have been helping for 6 years now. Last February (2024), he was kidnapped. He was at the time a motor bike taxi. He was taken and beaten severely. Afterwards the people put him in a mental home. We learned where he was at the end of April 2025. We got him out of the mental hospital. He was very drugged up, so we had to detox him. He suffered major head trauma and lost his memory completely, from his whole life. With time, and being off medications, he has gotten back glimpses of his memory. He gets major headaches that cause him to pass out. We got a head scan done on June 2,2025. There is a big blood clot on the back, left side of head. Near an incision wound that he got presumably during the abuse he endured. The doctors say it is urgent to operate and remove the blood clot. The cost was approximated at $1,000 canadian dollars. To cover the surgery, transportation, hospital stay and medications for after.The orphanage does not have funds to pay for this kind of expense. So we are reaching out and asking for help. Any donation would be greatly appreciated. So that we can help him,as soon as possible. The doctor believes that the clot is a major factor of his pain, and passing out. He also believes if the clot is removed, it would help the brain heal and Mathias could regain more of his memory.
