Surgery for Girlfriend's broken leg

Hi, I'm Erin and I am a caretaker of feral and stray cats. In the past few months, we have had several neighborhood strays with broken or severely injured legs show up at our house. However, my sweet buddy Girlfriend has suffered the worst injury of all. He has a compound fracture to his back leg, meaning the bone is protruding through the skin. He will probably require amputation, and the clock is ticking. If I don't help him, he's going to die from infection. I have 300.00 pledged by our local Trap & Release program, so that's a start. I'm calling on my animal loving friends for help raising funds. Any little bit will help, and thank you in advance.
