Our sweetest and most incredible family dog, our old boy Fievel, has fully torn his remaining ACL. He had surgery on his left knee over three years ago, and we were told then that it was likely hereditary and that there was a 60% chance (!!!) he would tear his other one at some point. Sadly, that prediction has come true.

For him to live any kind of comfortable and active life for his remaining time with us, surgery is needed (believe me, I very much wish this was not the case - I have consulted with many vets, including a friend who specializes in elder canine rehab).

We are humbly asking for help in paying for this very expensive surgery (which is not a fun or easy thing for us to do). We hope that those of you who have been loved by Fievel at some point in his almost 12-year life will be able to donate some small amount to help us make surgery a possibility for our sweet old man.

Any small amount helps. We are so very grateful for every dollar we can raise for Fievel, and so appreciative of all the people who have loved him so well. He is the most amazing family pet, and the goodest of good boys.
