Surgery for Cheryl Stage 4 detached organs

My mother has a detached bladder that she has been living with for years. Recently it has crossed into a life threatening condition. Without surgery she will not survive.
She is at risk of crossing into a critical condition at any moment and is not supposed to bend, lift anything, and to limit walking. She is not able to eat very much at all anymore. She is at a very high risk of a rupture that is not survivable.
With the doctor saying that she needs to be in surgery ASAP with the worst case that she has ever seen, we have not been able to find anyone who can do the surgery and take payments for it.
Although she tries to ignore it and tell everyone "It's fine. It just hurts when I feel them shift." in response to her organs, she is in great pain every day.
I am looking to raise money to pay for her operation and save my mother's life before it's too late
