Surgery For Black Market Silicone Removal

Greetings and Salutations
My name is Milan Nicole Sherry. I'm a Black Trans Women born and raised in New Orleans, LA. Recently and in the last few years, I've been helping hold numerous projects that have been and will be central to the health and well being of TGNC+ people in New Orleans. Recently and in the last few years, I've been on the streets marching and behind the scenes organizing. In the last few months, I've helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for important projects such as the House of Tulip, the LGBTQ community center in New Orleans and a local LGBTQ+ mutual aid fund.
I've done all this while experiencing ongoing physical pain due to a decision I had to make a decade ago to honor myself and protect my peace in a world that regular diminishes and kills Transwomen.
10 years ago at the age of 19 I underwent a procedure that's illegal here in the United States called "PUMPING " or "Getting PUMPED". I had both my breast as well as my hips injected with black market silicone to achieve the desired and long dreamed for BODY I wanted.
Many of folks in our community mainly Trans Women and GNC people have relied on this only resource for decade's because it allowed us to achieve this look in a matter of minutes for a very affordable cost.
Realistically, this is something that people in our community will seek out until there is universal access to free or affordable gender affirming surgeries. 10 years later I'm having major complications and it's only getting worst. I'm now dealing with Cellulities Infection that's caused by the silicone injections.
Cellulities infection is a very aggressive bacterial infection that spreads pretty quickly. There are days to where I can't walk , I stay fighting a fever, and my body in constantly in pain. I do have a appointment with a local surgeon that specializes in Silicone Removal but unfortunately that isn't until February 22, 2021 and there's literally no way I can manage this pain for another 6 months.
The first surgery I have to have is a double mastectomy following by several reconstruction surgeries to remove the silicone out of my butt and hips. If you are ever thinking about doing silicone because you can’t afford surgery or don’t know what else to do, DON'T & PLEASE REACH OUT. There are many community leaders who can help you get enrolled in free or low-cost health insurance and find a surgeon who knows how to bill for medically necessary transition related health care. It’s not easy, but it’s worth it to avoid the pain and suffering caused by these injections
If you can please I ask that you donate and share! Anything is greatly appreciated. My Health, Wellness and Future depends on this surgery.
