Hi everyone, on October 18th my mom, Audrey shires went to the emergency room for abnormal bleeding, she was passing blood clots the size of golf balls, sometimes bigger. She was admitted into the hospital that night and had to have an immediate D&C surgery the next day. During her hospital stay she had to have 4 fluid bags and 2 blood transfusions. After her surgery the doctors did inform her that she had cervix cancer. She has been going back and forth to appointments since that day, unfortunately she does not have insurance to be able to afford the surgery needed to remove the cancer. ALL money raised will go straight to her for the surgery that is needed.
