Folks, Go Fund Me deleted my first fundraising account on Dec 22 for violating their policy that fundraisers are not allowed to offer a gift or service as a "thank-you" for donations. UGH! So after more than $3500 in donations lost, this is a replacement to replace the money that was returned. Please, please, if you donated before, do so again once you've received the refund.

For those new to my plight, I had shoulder replacement surgery on Dec 6. My out-of pocket costs post insurance will exceed $5000. Add to that, several months away from work and I do not qualify for disability.
