Help Kerri Get to Her Surgeries in NY

Over the past six months my neurological symptoms have increased drastically. It is time to head back to my neurosurgeon on Long Island for at least two more surgeries. Two procedures in OR are scheduled for November 7th and 8th. I am flying out November 5th and am unsure when I will be able to return. I am currently raising funds to help primarily with travel and lodging expenses. Any additional funds will help me with other medical-related expenses such as medication co-pays, supplies, equipment, and services to help me once home.
