Surgery: Endometriosis & Uterine Fibroids

Hi, it's Amanda. I am needing help funding a surgery to remove endometriosis & uterine fibroids that are causing me immense & frequent pain and impacting fertility. The money raised will be used to fund the cost of surgery (the last option after trying all other options). I experience level 8+ pain multiple times a day. I am unable to sleep for more than 1hr at a time. I desperately need this surgery. Any and all donations are extremely welcomed.
