Surgery Approved, But I Need Some Help

As many of you know, I hate asking for help, but I am in a pretty desperate situation right now. I have a back injury that has been getting worse and worse for the last few years and I finally got approved for surgery. The issue is, my surgery date isn't until May 23rd, and the injury has progressed enough that it makes it nearly impossible for me to go to work. My insurance won't cover me for the time missed since it isn't a "work-related injury," and I have already depleted all of my PTO for the year.

I am posting this because I don't have much choice left to pay my bills and make it to the surgery date. Anything you can spare would be a huge help.
